Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurina, we want every piece to feel right and naturally become part of your everyday life.
If something isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to guide you through the next steps.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aurina.eu, including your order number and a few photos of the issue.

We will resolve this promptly and at no cost to you, including covering return shipping if required.


Returns

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return request has been approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Returned items must be:

• unused
• unworn
• in original condition
• with original packaging and original labels attached

Returns cannot be accepted if labels are missing, removed, or damaged, or if the item shows any signs of wear.

 

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless Store Credit is selected.

If you choose an Aurina Gift Card, return shipping is complimentary.


Refunds

When returning an order, you will be refunded for the cost of the jewelry items only.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.


Refund Options

After your return has been received and approved, you may choose one of the following:

1. Aurina Gift Card 

  • Refund issued as store credit
  • Free return shipping
  •  No expiration date

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

• Refund to the original payment method used at checkout
• Return shipping cost deducted
• Processed after inspection

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following the return process above.
