What materials do you use?

We're really proud of the materials we use. All our jewelry is carefully crafted from either high-quality sterling silver or durable gold-filled components. We chose these materials because they're not just beautiful and elegant, but they're also built to last and stand up to everyday wear. With a little care, your pieces will resist tarnish and keep their lovely shine.


Is your jewelry waterproof?

While our jewelry is definitely designed to be water-resistant and can handle daily life, it's not entirely waterproof. To keep your pieces looking their absolute best for as long as possible, we strongly recommend taking them off before you swim, shower, or apply perfumes, lotions, or other harsh chemicals. Following these simple care tips will really help prevent tarnishing and ensure your jewelry stays radiant for years to come.


How long does shipping take?

We know you're excited to receive your order! We lovingly pack and dispatch everything within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1-3 working days. For our friends in other European countries, delivery times can vary a bit, and you'll see the exact estimate during checkout.


What are your shipping costs?

We aim to make our shipping costs clear and fair:

  • For orders within the Netherlands:
    • Orders under €50 have a shipping cost of €4.95.
    • Orders of €50 or more receive free shipping!
  • For orders within Europe:
    • Orders under €100 have a shipping cost of €12.95.
    • Orders of €100 or more receive free shipping!

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we're focusing exclusively on shipping within the European Union. You'll see all the shipping costs and estimated delivery times displayed clearly when you check out. We're definitely hoping to expand our shipping options further afield in the future, so stay tuned!


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Aurina pieces! If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, here's how it works:

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to initiate a return or exchange. Once you've notified us, you'll then have another 14 days to send the item back.

To start the process, please send an email to contact@aurina.eu. We'll then provide you with a shipping label to send the item back.

  • For returns (refunds): Please note that the shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer.
  • For exchanges: We're happy to cover the shipping costs for exchanges! We want to make sure you find a piece you truly love.

Just a friendly reminder: items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible. Also, personalized and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How do I choose the right size?

Finding the perfect fit is important! On each product page, you'll find a detailed size guide to help you out. If you're ever in doubt or need a bit of guidance, please don't hesitate to get in touch—we'd be more than happy to assist you in finding just the right size.


Is there a warranty on your jewelry?

  • Gold-filled jewelry and 18kt 3-Micron Gold-Plated : Our gold-filled and 18kt 3-micron gold-plated pieces come with a 1-year warranty. This covers the gold-filled finish in case of any unusual fading or peeling. Just a heads-up, this warranty doesn't cover things like scratches, dents, or any damage that might occur from everyday wear, water exposure, or chemicals.
  • Sterling silver pieces: With sterling silver, it's a little different. These pieces don't come with a formal warranty because sterling silver naturally develops a beautiful patina and can tarnish over time. This is actually a completely normal and expected characteristic of silver! However, with the right care—like keeping it away from water and chemicals, and storing it in a dry place—your sterling silver jewelry will truly maintain its beauty and be cherished for many years.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To make sure your beloved pieces stay looking as good as new, here are a few simple tips:

  • Try to avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics.
  • Always take your jewelry off before you go swimming, shower, or exercise.
  • When you're not wearing them, store your pieces in a dry place, ideally in the protective pouch we include with your order. It really helps keep them safe and shining!
