What materials do you use?
We take great pride in the materials we choose. Every piece is crafted with intention using 18K 3-micron gold-plated finishes, rhodium-plated sterling silver, premium sterling silver, and durable gold-filled components.
All of our jewelry is produced in Europe, in ateliers that uphold fair and ethical standards.
Each material is selected for its refined beauty, lasting strength, and suitability for daily wear. With proper care, your jewelry will keep its brilliance for years to come.
Are your pieces waterproof?
Our jewelry is water-resistant and can handle daily life, but it is not fully waterproof. To keep your pieces beautiful for as long as possible, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or applying perfume, lotions, or other chemical products. This helps prevent discoloration and keeps your jewelry radiant.
How long does shipping take?
We understand you can’t wait to receive your order! We pack your items with love and ship within 1–3 business days. Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times to other European countries may vary — you’ll see the estimated delivery time during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
We like to keep our shipping fees clear and fair:

Within the Netherlands:
- Orders under €50 have a shipping cost of €4.95.
- Orders of €50 or more are shipped for free!

- Orders under €75 have a shipping cost of €9.95.
- Orders of €75 or more are shipped for free!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the European Union. During checkout, you will see the shipping costs and estimated delivery time. In the future, we hope to expand to more countries — stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@aurina.eu with your order number and a few photos of the issue.
We will fix this quickly and at no cost to you, including covering return shipping if needed.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, of course. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- with original packaging and labels
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are free to choose any shipping provider and service you prefer.
Please note that return shipping rates may be higher than the delivery fee you paid when placing your order.
What will I be refunded for?
When returning an order, you will be refunded only for the cost of the jewelry items.
Shipping fees paid at checkout are not refunded.
What refund options do I have?
After we receive and inspect your return, you can choose between:
1. Aurina Gift Card (+ €10 bonus)
- Refund as store credit
- Extra €10 bonus added to your balance
- Gift card never expires
- A small extra to help soften part of the return shipping cost and make your next purchase more enjoyable
2. Refund to original payment method

- Processed after the returned item has been inspected

How do I choose the right size?
Finding the right size is important! On every product page, you’ll find a detailed size guide. Still unsure or need advice? Send us a message — we’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.
Is there a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes. All gold-filled, 18K 3-micron plated, and rhodium-plated sterling silver pieces include a 2-year warranty against fading or peeling. Please note: this warranty does not cover scratches, dents, or damage caused by chemicals or improper use.
Uncoated sterling silver does not include a warranty, as tarnishing is a natural characteristic of silver. Regular polishing and careful wear will help maintain your jewelry’s beauty.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Here’s how to keep your jewelry looking beautiful:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and cosmetics.
- Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in the pouch provided. This keeps them protected and looking their best.
